In short
We ask for your details only when you choose to send them — an enquiry, a review, a job application. We do not sell them, we do not trade them, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.
This notice covers this website. Anything you sign separately with us is governed by that agreement instead.
What we collect when you contact us
The contact and enquiry forms ask for your name, email address and telephone number, and whatever you write in the message. If you are asking about a particular property, or asking to view one, we also record which property and the day and time you suggested.
If you leave a review for one of our agents, we keep what you wrote, the rating, and the name you asked us to show. We use all of this to answer you and to keep track of the conversation. That is the whole purpose.
What we collect if you apply for a job
An application asks for your name, email address and telephone number, and, if you choose to give them, a LinkedIn address and a licence number. You can attach a résumé, which we store and which only our hiring staff can open.
We also record the network address the application came from. That is there to stop the form being abused by automated submissions, and nothing else.
What is recorded automatically
Like most websites, ours keeps a record of pages visited: the address of the page, where you arrived from, your browser, and your network address. We use it to see which pages are worth keeping and which are not.
This site sets one cookie of its own, which keeps a member of staff signed in. If a printed QR code brought you here, we record that a scan happened and which code it was, so we can tell whether a window card or a flyer is doing anything; that record does not include your network address.
If the site has been connected to Google Analytics, that service sets its own cookies and collects its own data under its own terms. Block it in your browser and this site works exactly as before.
What we never ask for on this website
This website does not ask for, and is not built to accept, a social security number, a bank or routing number, a payment card, a photograph of an identity document, or a credit report. No page here takes a payment.
If anybody ever asks you for those by pointing you at a page on this site, it did not come from us. Telephone us on the number on our contact page before you send anything.
Who else sees it, and for how long
Your details are seen by the people here who need them to deal with your enquiry, and by the companies that run the machinery underneath: the firm that hosts this website, and the service that delivers our email. They act on our instructions and for no other purpose. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for as long afterwards as the relationship makes useful. Applications for roles we did not fill are kept for a limited period in case something else comes up. We will also hand over information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
The information on our area pages
Our neighbourhood pages draw figures from public and third-party sources — the United States Census Bureau among them — and each page names the sources it used. Those figures describe an area, never a person, and none of them come from anything you have given us.
School information is a starting point only. Catchment areas change, and you should confirm anything that matters to you with the district itself.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can tell us to stop contacting you and we will.
Email or telephone us using the details on our contact page and we will deal with it. We will not charge you for asking.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to what we store is limited to the people who need it, and uploaded files are stored under names that cannot be guessed. We will not tell you this is perfectly secure, because no website is, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects you.
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.

We may update this notice. The version on this page is always the one that applies.
