Minh Tien brings a background in finance, banking, and civil engineering to his work in real estate. Before moving to the United States, Minh studied Finance and worked at a bank in Vietnam. He later pursued Civil Engineering in the U.S., developing a practical perspective that helps him guide clients through the financial and physical considerations of property ownership.

Serving Sacramento, Elk Grove, the Bay Area, and surrounding Northern California communities, Minh assists clients with residential purchases, sales, investment properties, and commercial buildings. He takes time to understand each client’s priorities, explain their options, and help them make informed decisions without pressure.
